Lee Ann Harrison is the Artist & Designer
behind Art4Babies, Inc. Painting is her
first love.
She was born in....just kidding! After studying art at Winthrop, Lee Ann started her career in painting as a "starving artist" painting art on business windows. Then she moved on to a Graphic Artist position designing labels and advertising in a screenprint shop in Charlotte, NC.
Still "starving," Lee Ann returned to college at Queens College at night to finish her undergrad degree and worked full-time in the insurance and investment industry during the day as a sales rep.
But her dream was to return to her passion for art...
Lee Ann painted for gifts, for friends, for friends of friends...and worked by referral only for the years she stayed in her "real job." In 1999, she started thinking of her escape route...saving money and trying to find the perfect art niche.
She zeroed in on the nursery design and custom artwork for clients in the Carolinas. She also started receiving more commissions for private collections.
Then, the art life started moving quickly...
Retired from the insurance & investment industry,
and VOILA: Art4Babies is born!!!!
Art fairs, Exhibits & Galleries, additional painting classes at the Sawtooth Center, Finally got pregnant!!!!
Had a baby boy (Emerson) in 2002 & another boy (Nate) in 2005...and creating art as fast as she can!
Decorating, designing, sewing and painting for a living...
it is a dream come true for Art4Babies.

Lee Ann's Artwork is displayed in many homes across the United States in private collections. Her portfolio is available for viewing during appointments. Samples are shown on Our Portfolio. Lee Ann can paint anything...from realistic to abstract. Her favorite painting subject is the classic floral still-life and second place belongs to the world of abstract art. Lee Ann says that it takes painting to take her to the "flow"---an unbridled space in the artist's mind.
